Meet Alejandra

About Me

Hello, I’m Alejandra, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Serenity Seashore Wellness LLC. I’m passionate about helping women from diverse cultural backgrounds heal, grow, and step into their most empowered, authentic selves.

As a trauma therapist, I specialize in supporting women who have experienced trauma, abuse, anxiety, depression, people-pleasing, or low self-esteem. Many of the women I work with find themselves constantly caring for others while neglecting their own needs. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, set healthy boundaries without guilt, and create space for your own healing and growth.

Together, we’ll work through life’s challenges—whether it’s recovering from trauma, overcoming anxiety or depression, or breaking free from old patterns that no longer serve you. In our sessions, you’ll find a space where you can be seen, heard, and understood, while learning to trust yourself again and create emotional balance.

Credentials

I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s degree in Social Work from the University of South Florida, and I have years of experience working with trauma survivors.

This brief time gap ensures that your therapist is fully prepared to continue supporting your progress and maintaining the highest standard of care.
