Regarding Our Services

A standard clinical hour at our practice typically lasts approximately 50 minutes. The remaining 10 minutes of each session are reserved to allow the therapist to schedule your next appointment, complete progress notes, and prepare for subsequent sessions. This brief time gap ensures that your therapist is fully prepared to continue supporting your progress and maintaining the highest standard of care.

Session Frequency:

We generally recommend weekly or biweekly virtual sessions, depending on your specific needs and treatment goals. Consistency is particularly important in trauma-focused therapy, as it helps to maintain momentum and prevent disruption in your progress. The frequency of your sessions will be adjusted based on your personal circumstances and your response to treatment, with the goal of creating a sustainable and effective therapeutic rhythm.

Cancellation Policy:


We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. This allows us time to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment slot to another client.

Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice—or missed appointments—will incur a $75 late cancellation/no-show fee.
